A plump golden colored fish with textured body, makes up this vintage swimming fish brooch by Trifari, circa 1960s.
The whimsical brooch is well cast with goldplated surface, and is in the form of a round shaped fish with long wavy fins and split tail.
*Please note that there is some oxidation in back as shown.
Otherwise, the fish is in good condition and also has a flat shiny ‘eye’, defined lips, measures approximately 1&3/4 inches wide at its widest point by 1&5/8 inches high, weighs 23.6 grams, and is signed “Trifari” with crown.
