A sleek turban style hat with contrasting bright blue twist, makes up this vintage Art Deco era ladies cap by Sadie Mandell, circa 1940s.
The stylish hat hugs the crown and consists of black and cerulean blue colored wool felt, with sculptural accent twist for an asymmetrical design.
It has a petersham ribbon along the inside rim, with a circumference of approximately 21&1/2 inches around, and a single embroidered label for “Sadie Mandell”, “Boston”.
