Vintage 90s Takeo Nishida Skirt Suit Maison de Mode M

A pebbly textured oatmeal tweed with black braided trim are the features of this Chanel inspired skirt suit by Takeo Nishida for his Maison de Mode line, circa 1990s. 

The elegant 2-piece suit consists of a jacket and skirt with a solid weight black dot over beige boucle style twill.  The jacket has 7/8 length sleeves, notched collar, faux pockets at the chest and hips, full lining within, plastic and metal novelty buttons as shown, and black braid piping trim.

The slim line skirt is also fully lined and has a side zippered closure and kick pleat in back.

There is a large embroidered label for “Takeo Mode”, “Maison de mode”, “Takeo Nishida” along with a smaller designer label at the neck, and a size label for “9” – as well as fabric care labels inside the jacket and skirt as shown.

Very good condition – vibrant and intact.
